Day 26/30 – Physical Health Improvement

Day 26 of the 30 day writing challenge and the challenge today is to write about an area in my life that I would like to improve. I think I would like to improve on my physical health.

It’s not like I am entirely unhealthy but at the same time I can’t say I am physically fit. I think it’s less being physically healthy and more looking physically fit. If both happen then goal is achieved. I want both to happen and I should work on doing that but things happen.

And by things happen I mean: I can get lazy, sometimes it’s too cold to work out, eating healthy is difficult and expensive, my sleep schedule is the pits and I dont think I am motivated enough. Okay maybe these aren’t reasons and more like excuses but they still exist.

I actually recently found this quote that says “Its not about self improvement and more about self acceptance” and since I found that I use it to not push myself so hard when it comes to getting fit. Right now in order to improve my physical health, I try to get in a workout at least 3 times a week. I drink at least 1 liter of water a day. I eat average sized portions of food and that’s as much as I can do.

I really wish I could do more to improve my physical health. Any of you willing to motivate me enough? I want to be ready to run from zombies and survive an apocalypse because at this rate I will not. I dont even know how that isn’t motivation enough. Also I want abs, I’ve always wanted abs but the work that goes into getting abs is so much.

Okay but this is genuinely an area I wish to improve. No, not wish an area I actually will improve. Its good to speak good things into your life. Maybe I’ll post an update when I have done further improvement.
